Wavelengths

A wash of turquoise with jagged slices of fluorescent red and gold weave between the turbulence and the calm.  Then there’s the black zones which absorb all surrounding light and color, offering no reflection.This painting is an energetic field with light frequencies battling black ones and invites the viewer to consider what exists between perception and disappearance, light and dark, wavelengths and stillness, with a little surprise hidden in the midst of it all.
